After several delays and loads of anticipation, Cyberpunk 2077 is finally here! The action-adventure RPG game by CD Projekt Red that many consider the biggest video game of the year was officially released on December 10, 2020, selling over 8 million pre-order copies worldwide! Good Smile Company celebrated the game’s launch by unveiling official deluxe and standard edition Nendoroids of both male and female versions of the game’s main protagonist, “V.”

Although the game is set in a dark, gritty, futuristic world with plenty of bloody violence, these Nendoroids of V are presented in the trademark cute chibi style that the figure company is famous for producing. So V has big friendly eyes and a big head!

A big part of Cyberpunk 2077 is the freedom of choice for players, starting with the way a player’s avatar looks. That’s why Good Smile is releasing both a male and a female version of V. Players can collect the Nendoroid that resembles their in-game avatar, or pick up both!

Male and female V come with the same exact accessories. As usual with Nendoroids, the deluxe (DX) version features every part that comes in the standard version and more! For the DX edition, five specific gun models were taken from the game, impressive compared to any Nendoroid arsenal. The guns are the Arasaka JKE-X2 Kenshin, the Kang Tao G-58 Dian, the Militech M-10AF Lexington, the Militech Ajax, and the Budget Arms Flamethrower with a removable flame part!

Another popular feature of the game that’s made the jump to the Nendoroid forms is the addition of cybernetic body enhancements. V comes with a Nanowire to “jack” into tech and her enemies, as well as mantis arms to slice up the psycho gangs of Night City!

Last but not least, the DX edition includes the iconic, badass motorcycle, the Yaiba Kusanagi! V can be displayed blasting his/her gun while riding at super speed!

The DX Nendoroid retails at ¥7,273 (Before Tax). Both male and female versions are scheduled to be released in July 2021. No official word on whether GSC will make figmas of the character as well. We’re also wondering if a Nendoroid Johnny Silverhand announcement will be far behind!
