New Gleipnir Figures by POP UP PARADE Revealed
The figure company POP UP PARADE has recently introduced two new tantalizing figures from thriller manga/anime series Gleipnir. As few officially licensed collectibles from the series have been produced, fans will no doubt gobble up these two non-articulated entries.
The first figure is of the main heroine, Clair Aoki. The look on Clair’s face is a mixture of know-it-all and intimidation. She’s sitting and leaning back on a table in her school uniform. Adding an extra bit of danger to the pose is what Clair holds in her hand - the oversized revolver from Shuichi Kagaya’s monster form!
The second figure revealed is of Chihiro Yoshioka in the deadly beast form that we saw after Chihiro’s fusion with Shuichi’s monster form. Her hair and dress remain innocently pink, but her skin is now pitch black with what appears to be white cracks all over it. She has giant animal ears, sharp claws, and two large tails. And if that wasn’t terrifying enough, she also sports a psychotic grin on her face!
POP UP PARADE has made a name for itself by offering reasonably priced, high quality figures from several popular properties, such as My Hero Academia, Fullmetal Alchemist, and Hatsune Miku. The company is also well-known for its quick production and distribution cycle.
The Chihiro Yoshioka and Clair Aoki are available for pre-order now from retail shops. They are both scheduled to release in February 2021 in the US and retail at about $35 USD.
